Acronym
My aim was to design a UI for a fashion apparel site that was futuristic and used microinteractions that felt like a HUD. Acronym was a great medium for this concept because of their devotion to producing functional, high tech gear. This is a creative concept only. Colours & Typography
The Exo font is angular, structured and purposeful which is in theme with the dystopic design. The colour palette is undistracted and minimal which allows emphasis on the products.
Product Listing
The product listing page displays items individually. This gives importance to each product and visually engages the user with side by side images. The transition animation between each product ensures that there is no feeling of ‘scrolling’ which reinforces the idea of a HUD.
Navigation

This was an opportunity to use a different layout that was consistent with the listing page with its clean lines, concise text and focus on imagery.
